Guest Post: The Legality of Drones

The public debate about drones that we apparently are not having reared its ugly head once again with P.W. Singer’s article, “Do Drones Undermine Democracy?”. Joshua Foust and Dan Trombly, among others, addressed most of the article’s shortcomings, but the underlying question Singer poses allows for an opportunity to revisit the legal questions surrounding the use of drones.
